Engaging in a daily gratitude practice may be just as important as taking your vitamins or maybe even your medications .
We may every morning right? (right??) well, I think of Gratitude kind of like making the bed of mind, each morning - I can't leave my bed a mess, so why would I leave my mind a mess?
Especially these weird days that 2020's been "blessing us with us" (...see what I did there?) It's gonna take something new, a new idea/action to bring myself to trust that.....
