The groups swarm school board meetings, inundate districts with time-consuming public records requests and file lawsuits and federal complaints alleging discrimination against white students. And now, a locked down population while the prisons are emptied." - If the recall election is held, voters would face two questions on the ballot: whether to remove Newsom from office and who should replace him.
