There are lots of strategies to become a mentee but it always begin with your being ready to accept criticism. You must have a high level of self esteem and self love. Knowing you are enough is necessary. Shared Values Develop your north star for all areas of your life and look for people who resembles what you want to be. Whomever you are trying to identify as your mentor should share your values for the most part. It is important too to try and figure out what your prospective mentor is trying to accomplish and find ways to and value to them. The reality is that everyone has goals. We are all tuned in to ‘what's in it for me?" How can you help to advance their cause.
