Back in 2007, Jennifer Mee was making the rounds through national morning shows like The Today Show for an unrelenting case of the hiccups. She was hiccupping up to 50 times per minute and reportedly tried tons of remedies but to no avail. Finally, the hiccups stopped after she started taking a medicine for Tourette Syndrome and with her hiccups under control, she kind of faded from the spotlight. But just three years later, she was back in the headlines but this time, she was no longer a media darling.
